WHAT I DID
I created a timeline from my earliest dark memory to current day. They were at the front of my mind, I didn’t add a few as some I couldn’t even write down - these are what I know still need work - the ones we would prefer to push way back into our subconscious.
(This is ongoing work for me too)
I closed my eyes, went into a meditative state and sat with the memories.
I imagined myself out of my body and looking at each memory as though it were a movie, take emotion away. What lesson could that scenario teach me. If there were other people involved, what was the environment / circumstances around the event? Was the other person of sound mind? What would be their way of looking at the situation?
I separated myself, I became an observer -

WHY I PERSONALLY THINK SHADOW WORK IS ESSENTIAL

These unhealed parts of ourselves can be targets for manipulation and deceit.
