“Because every injury exists within life and life is constantly renewing itself, within every injury is the seed of healing and renewal. At the moment our skin is cut or punctured by a foreign object, a magnificent and precise series of biochemical events is orchestrated through evolutionary wisdom. The body has been designed to renew itself through continuous self-correction. These same principles also apply to the healing of psyche, spirit, and soul.”

Basic daily blueprint
Motivating yourself to get out of bed when sadness weighs heavy is a gentle and intentional process. By practising self-compassion, setting positive intentions, creating uplifting rituals, and surrounding yourself with positivity, you can gradually shift your mindset and find the strength to face the day. Remember, it's okay to take it one step at a time and seek support when needed. Embrace the journey of self-care and resilience, knowing that brighter days lie ahead.

consider your Posture
Ergonomic Workstations:
If you have a desk job, ensure that your workstation is ergonomically designed. Invest in an adjustable chair, position your computer screen at eye level, and use a supportive keyboard and mouse. Maintaining a neutral spine alignment while working can significantly reduce the strain on your back, neck, and shoulders, promoting better posture and hormonal balance.

Our not so pleasant experiences in life do not have to define us. Through the power of neuroplasticity, we can rewire our brains, embrace change, and create new narratives for our lives. By engaging in therapeutic practices, cultivating self-compassion, building supportive relationships, and taking small steps toward change, we can overcome the shadows of our past. Healing is a journey, and with each step, we move closer to a future filled with hope, resilience, and the possibility of transformation.

My goal is to have a successful week of following this process each day and when executed, implement more changes, maybe put more thought into the foods I am consuming, supplementation, cleanses, the products I am putting on my skin (which can have a detrimental affect on ones endocrine system) the air quality around me. I shall focus on my organ health, especially my liver.. introduce an exercise routine etc
****but the important thing is one step at a time!
And remember to celebrate small wins!****
